WAIglobal Expands Product Sales in the Aftermarket with Talking Pictures, Solenium Group's Content Management System
Talking Pictures Centralizes Data Allowing WAIglobal to Provide Aftermarket Trading Partners Data in Multiple Formats, Increasing Speed-to-Market and Sales
TORONTO - January 14, 2011 - Solenium Group, a provider of technology solutions and services to the Automotive Aftermarket, today announced that WAIglobal has selected Talking Pictures as their aftermarket content management system (CMS).
In order to expand their business in the Aftermarket, WAIglobal needed a CMS that:
- Can quickly and easily produce PIES and ACES data satisfying trading partner requirements
- Has the capacity to be the central repository for all the company’s part and application data
- Provides functionality to manage large quantities of digital assets, and
- Allows the company to publish searchable product catalogs online
WAIglobal evaluated several leading catalog management solutions. After careful consideration of each solution, Talking Pictures was the clear choice. In addition to satisfying all their key CMS requirements, Talking Pictures also provides the ability to manage OE data, VIO information, digital assets and Bill of Materials.
